Make It Yours with Country Crock #Meijer #MakeItYours #SundaysWithMom
This is a sponsored post with Lunchbox and Country Crock.
As kids get older, family time seems to become more and more rare. Seriously, week days seem to fly by faster and faster with band practice, sports practice, scout meetings and homework. Even our Saturdays seem to have filled up all the way through to summer. Luckily, Sundays still tend to stay open and we try to squeeze in as much family time as we can into that one day.
Of course, finding an activity that everyone enjoys gets a bit challenging. Spending time in the kitchen is one thing that never seems to grow old. Then throw making something sweet into to the mix and we have a clear winner. One thing we love to do is make cookies! The cool thing about cookies is that you can customize them to your exact taste. The trick is to start off with a flexible base that you can dress up or down to your liking.
Country Crock has a delicious recipe that is the perfect base for any cookie concoction your family can come up with. The Country Crock “Make It Yours” recipe is the perfect blank canvas to inspire all kinds of creativity from your family. The basic recipe is easy to make and tasty on its own.

Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls on ungreased baking sheets 3-inches apart.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Cool 1 minute on wire rack; remove from sheets and cool completely.
