Somehow we always seem to wind up with a bunch of overripe bananas in our kitchen. Anyone else have this happen to them? Beyond making your favorite banana bread recipe, what can you do with an overripe banana? Well, actually a lot of things! First, I usually slice up a cup or two and freeze them for use in smoothies.
