I woke up today craving coffee. I had scoured my recipes yesterday and was all set to make a nice warm cup of spiced coconut coffee perfect for the first full day of fall.
Then I woke up and saw this:
I decided that maybe an iced drink was more in order so I set out to make a yummy frozen caramel latte (just as good as the ones from that expensive coffee house but less expensive!).

Frozen Caramel Latte
Servings 8 oz
Ingredients
- espresso
- caramel sauce
- Truvia
- milk
- whipped cream
Instructions
- Put 1 tsp of caramel sauce, 3 oz brewed espresso (if you don't have any handy, you can use instant), and two packets of Truvia in a blender. Blend until combined.
- Add 3/4 C milk (2% tastes best for this) and 1 1/2 C ice cubes. Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Add a dollup of whipped cream and enjoy!
