Are you hearing Cher in your head now too? Well, if you’re anything like me, you look in the mirror sometimes and wish that just maybe you could turn back time even if it was just a little bit. You love your kids to death, but wish you could magically get back that firmer tummy. I showed up with a full face of make-up which was my first mistake. No it didn’t hurt or anything – I just had to wash it all off before starting. Lorraine but some goop (I’m pretty sure it has some fancy technical name but it was soothing and soft feeling so I just call it goop) and proceeded to rub my face with what looked like the lovechild of a massager and a shower head. And it felt nice – like really nice. Not only did it not hurt, it was like a face massage. Ahhhh.
By the time she moved down to massage my tummy, I was struggling to stay awake. I did ask if anyone ever falls asleep and apparently they do and it’s totally okay. So to the whole “does it hurt – even a little?” I can answer a resounding NO.
