I know that I am supposed to eat healthier, and that I am supposed to serve whole grains to my family.  My problem is that usually the white stuff just tastes better.  You know what I mean, right?  Especially when it comes to pasta.  All of the whole grain versions resembled something like cardboard.  And the family refuses to eat it.

    We just had whole grain rotini with tomato sauce and cheese along with homemade meatballs last night. The kids said they like whole grain more now
