We go through lots of filtered water here. Between the filtered water I use for cooking, drinking, and putting in the humidifier, I would imagine that we use over five gallons a day. Our water comes from a town well and is very hard in addition to being chlorinated and does not taste very good on its own.
The last time we replaced our refrigerator, I insisted that we get one with an in-door water dispenser that uses a water filter and I am really glad that I did. Can you imagine the amount of excess waste we would be producing if we used bottled water for all of our needs? Not to mention the cost of it! We had been using a filter pitcher, but it was taking up a lot of space in our rather small fridge.
Over the last few months, I have been using the Whirlpool Water Filter to improve the taste of my water and it is wonderful! Not only does it take the taste of the chlorine out of the water, it leaves no taste behind. (Because water is not supposed to taste like anything, right?) I love the convenience of having a crisp cold glass of water at my finger tips anytime I want it.

Even i dont like water to be tasting like chlorine. We usually dont have much problem with water we get here, but still we use purifier and i love drinking the purified water. Water has no taste probably, but my purifier water tastes good 🙂

I have never owned a fridge with an in door water dispenser and really want one! This filter sounds like a great way to make sure that my children drink more water and less junk.

Our water is terrible here — I would love to use the filtered water. I am still buying jugs of drinking water at the grocery store.
