I love Thanksgiving – it really is one of my favorite holidays! I’m sure part of that comes from the fact that my mom does most of the cooking. I am responsible for my famous apple pie, but mom takes care of all the hard parts of the feast.
Perhaps you don’t feel like cooking this year. Maybe you just want to take the day off and let someone else do all the cooking (and clean up). There’s absolutely nothing wrong with that!! But that brings up the question of where to go to get your Thanksgiving feast, right?
My new secret time saving weapon, Time Dog (learn more about what Time Dog is here) nicely compiled a list of restaurants that would be happy to serve you your Turkey-Day dinner and clean up after you are done!

We decided to eat out a couple years ago, but didn’t do our research in advance. We just assumed that the small, coastal town we went to would have a couple restaurants open. WRONG! We took the kids to the Aquarium then though we’d go to MO’s, a local seafood restaurant. Well, all were closed so we ended up at a Casino! It was hysterical! This was back when you could smoke in buildings here (Oregon) and my oldest child went out of her way to cough as dramatically as possible!
