Legoland Discovery Center Chicago – Pirate’s Weekend

Do you have any plans for this weekend?  You do know it’s Memorial Day Weekend already, right?  Yes, already!!  Where did May go exactly????

We love to attend parades, have a cookout and plant our veggies over Memorial Day weekend.  This year, we are also adding in a trip down to Legoland’s Discovery Center since…. it’s Pirates’ Weekend! (And we have one huge pirate fan here!)

Just in time for Jack Sparrow to hit the big screen, LEGOLAND Discovery Center Chicago hosts its Pirates Weekend. This Memorial Day weekend, guests can enjoy a full weekend of pirate-themed LEGO fun!

Captain Clutch, LEGOLAND’s swashbuckling sailor, will lead the way as guests hunt for treasure and build their own pirate sword out of LEGO bricks. You can witness the sack of MINILAND as 1,000 pirate minifigures lay siege in a LEGO Pirate Ship model; and if you keep your pirate wits about you, you might just make off with some booty of your own! Guess how many bricks fill the LEGOLAND treasure chest, and you could take home your own treasure chest full of LEGO brick.

So if you’re looking for something to do this weekend and you also have a pirate fan at home, hop down to Legoland Discovery Center and pillage away have some fun.

This is timely. We were just talking about heading that way this weekend to celebrate my son’s birthday and this would be perfect! Thanks for sharing about it. It was so good to see you again this weekend!
