When our kids are little, we seem to have those memorable moments every few weeks. The first time baby rolls over, crawls, talks – they all come so fast.
Then you make it through the toddler years and the major events are fewer and farther between. We hadn’t had many big ones here in a while, but August seems to be the month of milestones: Little J mastered riding his bile without training wheels and has since gone on several looooong bike rides with his Pop-Pop (we’re talking up to 10 miles!). He also starts all day Kindergarten on September 1st.
And tonight he lost his first tooth.
So it seems the tooth fairy will be paying us a visit here tonight. Another milestone down. *sniff*
