Airbak Backpack

airbak backpack giveaway Did you know that there are more than 15,000 school backpack related injuries every year? If you’ve picked up your child’s backpack on an average evening, you may not find that hard to believe!

Airbak is a new backpack invention that uses a patented, built-in air cushion technology to prevent back stress and make wearers feel as if they are carrying half the weight or less, as well as protecting the backpack contents, such as a laptop and other valuable gear. Simply pump the air pocket to the desired level, taking only seconds, and the Airbak’s inflated air pockets surround the contents with a shield of air and allow the pack to spread the weight more evenly throughout the back than a standard backpack, with the majority of the weight distributed to the core muscles of the hips and waist and resting easily on the top of the wearer’s gluteal muscles (rear end).

Airbak backpacks come in a variety of colors and styles and retail for $49.99 at http://www.airbak.com/

Win an Airbak for yourself!

Here’s how to enter:

1) Leave a comment telling me what the thickest textbook you ever had to carry around was. (Mine was my AP Biology text senior year of high school. That alone must have weighed at least ten pounds!) Be sure that you have your email visable in your profile or leave it in the comment.

2) For an extra entry, subscribe to Wisconsin Mommy updates via email clicking here. Your email address will not be shared or sold to anyone else – scout’s honor! Don’t forget to leave a comment letting me know you did this.

3) For another additional entry, follow Wisconsin Mommy on Twitter. Leave a comment letting me know that you are following.

4) For yet another entry, “like” Wisconsin Mommy on Facebook and leave a comment letting me know you are now a fan.

5) For three extra entries, write about this giveaway (with a link back to this post)in any blog, forum, chat, or online group. Leave three comments letting me know where you did this (link please).

This giveaway will run until 11:59 pm September 30th. At that time, a winner will be chosen using Random.org and notified via email. The winner will have 72 hours to respond or another winner will be chosen and notified.

This contest is open to those who have a mailing address in the contiguous 48 states. The backpack was graciously provided by Airbak.
