Prepare all ingredients.
Whip the cream to stiff peaks.
Mix with cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Divide it into 3 parts. In two parts add the dye, mix.
Lay out in jars for serving in layers: white, blue, white, red, white.
Cool in refrigerator.
Sprinkle with stars when serving.
