Seattle’s Best Red Cup Showdown at the Wisconsin State Fair

I love the Wisconsin State Fair.  Between the Infomercial Building (that’s what I call it – it’s like live infomercials all the time), the Made in Wisconsin building, the new creations of fried foods (this year try the fried stuffing), the rides, the animals, and the cream puffs – oh, the cream puffs – The Wisconsin State Fair is a unique experience.

I also love coffee which is no secret to anyone who knows me, so imagine my delight when I learned that the Seattle’s Best Red Cup Showdown was coming to the Wisconsin State Fair!!

The Seattle’s Best Red Cup Showdown is a competition to see who can make the most delicious, most creative coffee drink in the US.  It is being hosted by celebrity chef Jeff Mauro *swoon* aka The Sandwich King.  You can meet him in person at the Seattle’s Best Booth Sunday August 5th from 12-2 pm in the Horticulture Craft and Culinary Pavilion at the Wisconsin State Fair.

The State Fair finalists will be sent to NYC to compete to possibly win $10,000 and have their drink added to the Seattle’s Best menu.

If you are not located in Wisconsin, you can find the Seattle’s Best Red Cup Showdown at future stops in Illinois and Iowa (see below for dates).
