Creamy Avocado Cilantro Veggie Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 5.3 oz container of Yoplait Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 C. packed fresh cilantro
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/4 lime
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Place avocado, yogurt, shallot, and garlic into a blender and puree until smooth.
  • Add cilantro and juice of the 1/4 line and pulse until cilantro is finely chopped.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Keep refridgerated for up to 3 days.(covered)
