Easy Orange Cranberry Sauce
This variation on traditional cranberry sauce features orange with a hint of spices to make a new holiday favorite.
- 1 C orange juice
- 3 C fresh cranberries
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 C granulated sugar
- 1/3 C brown sugar
Heat the orange juice in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add sugars and stir until dissolved.
Add cranberries and cook until they begin to pop, about 10-12 minutes.
After most cranberries have popped, remove from heat.
Pour sauce into a bowl and allow to cool to room temperature.
Place into airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
