Easy Orange Cranberry Sauce

This variation on traditional cranberry sauce features orange with a hint of spices to make a new holiday favorite.

  • 1 C orange juice
  • 3 C fresh cranberries
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 C granulated sugar
  • 1/3 C brown sugar


  • Heat the orange juice in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add sugars and stir until dissolved.
  • Add cranberries and cook until they begin to pop, about 10-12 minutes.
  • After most cranberries have popped, remove from heat.
  • Pour sauce into a bowl and allow to cool to room temperature.
  • Place into airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
