Ingredients

  • 1 rack of ribs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Cyane
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Thyme
  • 1 tbsp Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Paprika

Instructions

  • Mix all seasonings together in a seal-able container and shake well.
  • Lay your rack of ribs on a baking tray on top of foil.
  • Using Olive Oil rub the oil on both sides lightly just enough to coat the ribs
  • Pour 1/2 of the rub on both sides rubbing the rub into the ribs coating it all over
  • Repeat for back side
  • Seal the foil on all sides and ends so no juice or rub can fall out
  • Let sit for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator to marinate
  • Preheat your grill to 275-300 degrees
  • The key to fall off the bone smoked ribs is to cook them NOT directly on the flames.
  • Leave the ribs in the sealed foil and place on the grill
  • Grill for 2 hours in the foil
  • Remove ribs from the foil and place back on the grill
  • Coat the ribs with a LIGHT coating of your favorite BBQ sauce on both sides
  • Repeat this process every 15 minutes
  • Ribs should be tender to the touch and pull right off with no effort at all!
