Lay your rack of ribs on a baking tray on top of foil.
Using Olive Oil rub the oil on both sides lightly just enough to coat the ribs
Pour 1/2 of the rub on both sides rubbing the rub into the ribs coating it all over
Repeat for back side
Seal the foil on all sides and ends so no juice or rub can fall out
Let sit for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator to marinate
Preheat your grill to 275-300 degrees
The key to fall off the bone smoked ribs is to cook them NOT directly on the flames.
Leave the ribs in the sealed foil and place on the grill
Grill for 2 hours in the foil
Remove ribs from the foil and place back on the grill
Coat the ribs with a LIGHT coating of your favorite BBQ sauce on both sides
Repeat this process every 15 minutes
Ribs should be tender to the touch and pull right off with no effort at all!
