Something to Consider Before Investing In or Purchasing from Zev Ostreicher or Zoganic.com
Sadly, Zev Ostreicher, the owner and founder of Zoganic.com decided to skip out on paying a number of the contractors he hired, including me. We had a legal contract that included me performing services for him and even a non-compete clause saying I couldn’t work with his competitors. I completed the work, I turned down business from other brands he deemed competitors, I held up my end of the bargain.
And when it came time to pay, he informed me he wasn’t going to pay. It isn’t that his company went out of business – THAT I would understand. Nope – they are still taking orders and selling product. He is just not paying the people he contracted with. (I’ve had others who have also been stiffed contact me.)
He did inform me that he is trying to recruit new investors. I feel that anyone considering going into business with this man should know how he has treated others in the past, hence I am posting this.

Thank God I’ve found your post. He emailed me and offered me a position in his company. Looks promising, but it urges me to check his background first before replying to his email. Thank you for the information, Maureen. More power and God bless! 🙂

Thank you for the info. He emailed me as well offering a position as well but I was a bit skeptic about it so I did some background check. This is very helpful
