I’m not one who usually spends a lot of time talking about my own physical features or whether I like them or not. But for the sake of this post, I will confess to having a special fondness for my hair. Most of the time it does what I want and behaves without too much effort. But ever since I was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid a year ago, it has been slipping down the list of favorite features. I’ve noticed it falling out in an increasing rate which is not a great feeling!
I have always bought into the idea of beauty from the inside out and was further sold on the idea when I was pregnant with Josh. Like many women, I took prenatal vitamins and was blown away by the condition of my hair, nails, and skin during the time I was taking them. I missed the benefits of those vitamins when I finished them off. I was recently offered the chance to try Hairfinity Vitamins and kind of hoped I would see the same type of results.
So, what’s the verdict? Do Hairfinity vitamins work??
When I checked out Hairfinity’s before and after pictures on their website, the results looked pretty promising. Hairfinity promised to both increase the rate at which my hair grew and the quality and feel of that hair. Hairfinity is a nutritional supplement formulated with essential nutrients for healthy hair. This hair specific formula contains Vitamins A, C, and D, a B-Vitamin Complex, Biotin, MSM, and more. Hairfinity is clinically proven to increase the hair growth rate by 155% while decreasing shedding. Two capsules are taken per day, and each bottle contains a one-month supply.
So what are my thoughts so far? Well, I’ve been taking the Hairfinity Vitamins for about a month. Seeing that my hair usually grows about a half of an inch a month, I can’t really speak to any major differences in my hair. I’ll be interested to see any changes as I continue to take them over the next couple of months. One area where I can really spot a change is in my nails. Not only are they stronger and healthier, they are definitely growing faster. Usually a manicure will last me over two weeks before looking like I am outgrowing it. The below picture is my nails after just 10 days.
