Easter Pudding Cups

These adorable Easter Pudding Cups will be the hit of your Easter gathering. Perfect for a treat or use as your holiday dinner dessert.

You can absolutely sub out some of the ingredients if you have different items on hand. For example, you can use plain chocolate wafers instead of Oreos if you have them. Any type of chocolate pudding works great, or sub a different flavor if you’d like. And of course, use your favorite flavor Peeps!!

First, gather the ingredients:

4 clear plastic 9 oz. cups

1 3.9 oz box of instant chocolate pudding mix

2 cups cold milk

12 Oreos filling removed crushed

4 Peep bunnies

4 ripe strawberries

Orange melting wafers

Egg candies

Then, make the pudding according to the package directions and evenly distribute between four plastic cups.

Place in refrigerator and chill until set (about 5 mins for instant).

Nest, prepare strawberries by washing and drying. Melt orange wafers in a double broiler or in the microwave. Stir until melted.

Dip strawberries up to the green stems. Lay on wax or parchment paper to harden. (about 10 mins.) Add leftover melted wafers to a sandwich size ziplock bag. Snip the end off and make stripes across strawberries to look like carrots. Let set a few more mins.

Place Oreos in a ziplock bag and roll them with a rolling pin until crushed.

Sprinkle crumbled Oreo mixture on top of pudding cups, add a peep bunny, one strawberry “carrot”, and a few candy eggs. Enjoy.
