My first job out of college was as a college admissions counselor. The college I worked for was in New Hampshire and my recruiting territory was Connecticut, which meant a LOT of time on the road. I quickly learned the importance of finding both hotels and restaurants that reliably provided quality service. I developed my list of go-to restaurants that I knew I could rely on. I’m thrilled to be partnering with one of my favorite restaurants, Boston Market, to share about their new lunch offerings and homestyle rotisserie meals.
One of the negatives about spending a lot of time on the road is getting a bit sick of “restaurant food”. After a while, you just start craving something that tastes homemade. That was what first made me fall in love with Boston Market (actually called Boston Chicken back then). Their rotisserie chicken (and other meats) has always tasted like something mom would whip for dinner and nothing like your typical fast food fare, even though you can get it in the same amount of time.
Through the years, Boston Market has continued to add new and fresh offerings to their menu all while keeping that same home-cooked flavor. The new Boston Market lunch menu includes a “Choose Two” combo option in case you have a hard time picking just one thing, like me. With this combo, you can pair any half sandwich with a regular side, side salad, or bowl of soup.
The Boston Market lunch menu includes new Rotisserie Carver Sandwiches including the Southwest Chicken BLT on Ciabatta (with Cholula bacon, avocado, Tillamook® pepper jack, lettuce, tomato, red onion, chipotle aioli), the Chicken Avocado Club on Ciabatta (with bacon, avocado, Tillamook® cheddar, lettuce, red onion, herbed mayo), the Chicken or Turkey on Ciabatta (with Tillamook® cheddar, lettuce, tomato, red onion, herbed mayo) and the Chicken Salad on multi-grain hoagie roll.
Also new are two salads, the Southwest Cobb Salad with romaine & leaf lettuce blend, bacon, avocado, southwest corn relish, pico de gallo, red onion, and chipotle ranch dressing. You can add rotisserie chicken if you wish. The Caesar Salad has a new dressing and you can add rotisserie chicken to that as well.
My friend and I had fun sampling the new menu. She got the chicken salad sandwich with the Southwest Cobb salad and I chose the Chicken Avocado Club sandwich with the Southwest Cobb salad. We both loved the fresh flavors and the fact that we were in and out quickly but didn’t feel like we were eating “fast food”. Definitely a much healthier (and tastier in my opinion) option than many of the other options out there.
I’m sure you’d love to try the new Boston Market Lunch menu yourself so I’m thrilled to offer you two ways to save on your next purchase. Either use Promo Code 32510 for $3 OFF any sandwich, salad or choose two purchases or print off the coupon below! Offer expires 6/30/19. Enjoy!!!
Special Event on 6/21
Friday, June 21 from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m., Boston Market is inviting everyone to leave that corner bakery and/or cafe in the dust and enjoy a free sandwich on the house – pitting “theirs” against ours in a full-on sandwich throwdown. Simply bring in your current favorite sandwich and taste the difference fresh, never frozen rotisserie chicken can make. You’ll be hooked. Guests are then invited to vote for the superior sandwich and throwdown winner via an online survey. Free sandwich upgrades will be offered while supplies last.
