I do my best to help LJ adopt good oral care habits so that he will continue to have good dental check-ups as well. Not that it isn't a challenge - he does not seem to be motivated by the same fear than I
When I was offered the chance to participate in the Listerine Oral Care Challenge, I thought this might be just the push we needed to get into some better habits that would last. As part of the challenge, kids and parents pledge to brush, floss and rinse twice a day for two weeks. Since most research suggests that about 21 days is what it takes to cement a habit for good, my family will actually be doing this for three weeks total.
I'll be updating you on how it is going and how well we are sticking to the plan!
I wrote this review while participating in a blog tour by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Listerine and received product samples to facilitate my review and a promotional item to thank me for taking the time to participate.

Ofcourse its must to take care of our teeth as well, like other things...face, skin..etc. I've used this product Listerine for a while sometime back and it really gave me very good results. Thats a great product i must say.
ReplyDeleteI like the Listerine Zero. It does not burn like the original.
ReplyDeleteThe brushing would be easy, but the rinsing would definitely need to be turned into a habit for us.
ReplyDeleteWow, no cavities ever?! I went many years without one, but I had to get a filling last year. And it didn't exactly help me get over my fear.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with sticking to the plan!
we are participating too and so far so good. although I have to remind my kids but seems like they are catching on
ReplyDeleteI love Listerine!
