Homemade Yogurt in the Crockpot

I'm one of those people who loves the idea of a crockpot, but has a hard time moving beyond the same three recipes I've always made in it. That's why I was so excited when I discovered Stephanie's blog where she has literally HUNDREDS of crockpot ideas and recipes that I had never even considered.

I've been wanting to try her Crockpot Yogurt recipe for a while, but haven't had a day where I was going to be around the house for enough time. Since LJ is home sick today (bad call on my part - I think I should have sent him in since he's bouncing off of the walls and seems totally fine) I thought I would take a crack at it.
